BILKAYS/DWS AUTOMATES with PRIYA^®
3PL provider brings two major customers online, continues installation throughout summer

BEVERLY HILLS, CALIF, (July 24, 2002)--Bilkays Express/Distribution Warehouse & Service Corporation, a third-party logistics (3PL) provider serving businesses in the northeastern United States, has completed phase one of its Priya installation. On May 23, 2002, Bilkays/DWS began relying on Motek's award-winning system to manage inventory and work for two major customers-one in its Linden, NJ facility and another in its Elizabeth, NJ distribution center.

Prior to installing Priya, Bilkays/DWS relied on a homegrown system without RF capability. With Priya, Bilkays/DWS enjoys RF capability, as well as real-time management of all warehouse activities through the use of Priya's built in engineered labor standards. Phillip Clark, Motek Project Manager, announced that the project exceeded the customer's expectations saying, "Bilkays/DWS is currently bringing its other 3PL customers online and anticipates increased productivity as a result of the installation." Bilkays/DWS will continue to bring their customers up throughout the summer and expects to have both warehouses fully automated by mid-September 2002. "Each Bilkays/DWS customer has very specific needs and requirements," explained Clark. "This phased approach allows them to educate people gradually on how Priya is configured for each. They get a closer look at how RF works, what they're able to do, and how productive they can be."

Bilkays/DWS benefits from several of Priya's 3PL-friendly features such as the ability to track inventory by its owner in addition to a SKU. With Priya, Bilkays/DWS knows the exact location and inventory of every product in the warehouse, thus significantly improving order fulfillment rates and times. Bilkays/DWS is also using Priya's new billing capabilities, which allow handling, storage and shipping charges to be exported directly to each customer's invoicing system.

During implementation, Bilkays/DWS began certification using the previous version of Priya but was easily able to upgrade to the new, billing-enabled release. "Our competitors have a lot of trouble rolling out new features to their existing customer base," said Motek's Head of R&D Curt Hagenlocher.
