SPIRE GROUP LTD. STANDARDIZES ON MOTEK’S PRIYA® FOR 20+ GLOBALLY-BASED, SMART REFRIGERATED STORAGE AND DISTRIBUTION CENTERS
Renowned industry innovators cite Priya’s ability to address the unique nuances of refrigerated supply chain management and remarkable customer endorsements.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA – March 27, 2007  —Spire Group LTD., committed to achieving efficiencies and economies by integrating proven supply chain technologies, will standardize on Motek's^® Priya^® Warehouse Management System (WMS) for its new global network of smart refrigerated warehouses and distribution centers, beginning with an 2,251,000 cu. ft. facility in Montreal, Canada. In addition to the Montreal facility, which is operated by its subsidiary Everest Cold Storage, Spire Group, plans implementations in 20+ locations in the next five years including Toronto, Montreal and Calgary, Canada, and in the United States, Ukraine, Russia, India, and China with continued expansion throughout 2007 and 2008.

Everest selected Priya for its robust functionality including engineered labor standards, third-party logistics (3PL) billing, flexible reports and voice and RF picking capabilities. Priya's Windows-based architecture enables seamless interfaces to other IT systems and maximizes flexibility, ease-of-use, and low total cost of ownership for Spire/Everest.
