After the British Virgin Islands’ biggest retail grocery and wholesale food distributor launched their largest-ever IT project, Simon was tasked with maximizing ROI and growing the company's bottom line. As financial controller, he “crunched the numbers” and found better ways to track sales, turn inventory and reduce shrink using the new ERP and warehouse systems. Simon leveraged technology to focus the company on its most profitable product lines, reduce costs and improve margins. His efforts help safeguard his company’s financial health, ensuring it will continue providing jobs throughout this small island community.
