As Warehouse Inventory Control Manager for the nation's largest liquor distributor, Rocco instituted a cycle count program that reduced discrepancies on a $70 million inventory from $300,000 to less than $1,000. Rocco's ability to show tangible results with his company's new warehouse management system inspired other managers to do the same. Together they consolidated three warehouses into two, even though company sales doubled. Rocco's effort resulted in better turn around time to thousands of bars, restaurants, and liquor stores during busy holiday seasons.

Today, Rocco supervises inventory control corporate-wide.
