Through this great organizational change, Ron led existing operations to ensure his company's customer base was satisfied. As a result, Ron's company has some of the highest service levels and operational efficiencies in the produce industry. Now that Ron has industry-wide recognition, he is expanding his horizons by supporting an industry initiative to encourage Americans to get healthy by eating more fresh fruits and vegetables.
