Bobby provides IT support for his family's third party logistics company from his dorm room. To ensure 3PL procedures mimic unique customer environments Bobby configures and monitors new customer accounts remotely. Although he's a college student carrying a full course load, Bobby works part time documenting and supporting the technical team at the company his great grandfather built. Between semesters Bobby works on site optimizing systems and training shop floor workers to use technology. As he honors his family's legacy he initiates new workers into the digital world. Bobby's technology commitment is proof that this family's tradition of leadership has continued into its fourth generation.
