As inventory control specialist for America's largest department store chain targeting the Latino market, Ana was responsible for providing headquarters with real-time, accurate data about its warehouses. In order to do so without having to do physical inventories that required the warehouses to be shut down, Ana replaced the company's archaic system with an on-line cycle counting system that allowed the warehouse to be up 24/7. Ana's efforts to ensure accurate inventory data has led to better customer service, lower stock-outs and the elimination of unnecessary buying. Thanks to Ana's efforts, millions of kids whose parents shop at this department store got exactly what they wanted on Christmas Day. Today, Ana enjoys added responsibilities following her promotion to Inventory Manager.
